Carol the Cake Artist strives to make your special occasion unforgettable.  Our company was established in Canada in 1996, previously in East London, South Africa where Carol learned the intricate and delicate art of gum paste flower making.  We have been responsible for providing outstanding wedding cakes, birthday cakes and baked goods ever since.  Our customers particularly value high quality and freshness.

Each cake is customized to suit your style and taste.  Wedding cakes range from elegant simplicity to lavish extravagance.  All cakes are baked from scratch, which means a large variety of cake flavours are possible.  Cakes can be covered in butter cream or rolled fondant.  Hand made sugar (gum paste) flowers or fresh flowers can be used.
